本文采用B型超声对207例胎儿小脑横径(CTD)进行测量,结果显示CTD 与孕龄(MA),双顶径(BPD)及CTD/BPD 比值与MA 均呈高度相关.作者认为CTD 和CTD/BPD 比值可作估测孕龄的新指标。由于小脑和后颅窝比侧颅骨更能承受外界压力,在BPD 受到某些外界因素的影响而测值不准确时,CTD 则不受影响.因此运用CTD 计算孕龄比运用BPD 计算更为准确.超声观察CTD 还能早期发现胎儿小脑发育异常,对围产期保健有很大的意义.文中对胎儿小脑的声像图特征和测量CTD的方法亦作了介绍。
In this paper, 207 cases of fetal cerebellum transverse dimension (CTD) were measured by B-mode ultrasound.The results showed that the ratio of CTD to gestational age (MA), biparietal diameter (BPD) and CTD / BPD were highly correlated with MA.It is considered that CTD and CTD / BPD ratio can be used as a new indicator of gestational age. Because cerebellum and posterior fossa are more tolerant to lateral pressure than lateral skull, CTD is unaffected when BPD is affected by some external factors and is inaccurate, so calculating gestational age by CTD is more accurate than calculating by BPD Ultrasound CTD can detect early fetal cerebellar dysplasia, which is of great significance to perinatal health care.This paper also introduces the features of the fetal cerebellum and the methods of measuring CTD.
