为探明阴香叶乙醇提取物处理对番石榴果实贮藏性的影响,以珍珠番石榴为处理对象,分别用含有不同浓度(5%和20%)阴香叶乙醇提取物的涂膜液(以糊化玉米淀粉为成膜剂)浸泡果实10min,晾干后置于室温(5~15℃,相对湿度70%~85%)条件下存放,以蒸馏水浸泡为对照,贮藏期间每6d测定一次果实的好果率、失重率及生理指标。结果表明,阴香叶乙醇提取物涂膜液不仅能减缓水分散失和果实腐烂,保持果皮叶绿素含量和果实硬度,还能有效抑制果实过氧化物酶活性,从而有利于延长果实贮藏时间。以20%阴香叶乙醇提取物涂膜液的保鲜效果为佳,贮藏24d好果率仍达84.21%,贮藏时间比对照延长6d。
