为了配合喉部显微手术发展的需要,减少病人痛苦和手术者的劳力。我们与上海手术器械六厂协作共同设计自体支撑直达喉镜经过二年努力,结合实际反复修改,于一九七八年二月正式试制完成。一年多来,经过临床100例(次)手术应用,初步积累和掌握了这种胸垫式自体支撑悬吊直达喉镜(Self-Suspension Laryngoscope简称S.S喉镜)的技术,现作初步介绍于下。一、材料与结构自体支撑悬吊直达喉镜均选用1Cr18Ni9和3Cr13不锈钢加工而成。本喉镜主要有喉镜、连接部分、支架和胸垫四部分组成。其结构详见图1。
