目的探讨延续护理对于毁损性手外伤患者康复质量的影响,为毁损性手外伤康复提供护理方向,为临床提供帮助。方法选取舟山市中医院2013年11月—2014年6月收治的毁损性手外伤患者158例作为研究对象,通过完全随机法,将患者分为观察组和对照组各79例,观察组于患者出院后进行居家延续护理,对照组于出院后进行常规电话回访,制定满意度量表,并对2组患者出院后1年的移植成活率、患者对皮瓣外观、患指残存功能的满意度以及患者的抑郁情况进行比较分析,进而探讨延续护理对于毁损性手外伤患者康复质量的影响。结果观察组成活率为87.34%,明显高于对照组的56.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为98.73%,明显高于对照组的44.30%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者以无抑郁的患者为主,总分为(49.08±12.25)分;对照组患者多数存在中度抑郁情况,总分为(67.37±8.23)分,2组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理具有提高断指再造或者移植成活率、患者满意度佳、情绪稳定、抑郁情绪明显减少等优点,有助于恢复患者的正常工作及生活情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing on the quality of rehabilitation of patients with traumatic hand injuries and provide the nursing direction for the rehabilitation of damaged hand traumatic injuries so as to provide clinical help. Methods A total of 158 cases of traumatic hand injuries were treated in Zhoushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2013 to June 2014. The patients were divided into observation group (79 cases) and control group (79 cases) by random complete random method. The patients in observation group After discharge, the patients were given home continuance nursing care. The control group were followed up routinely after discharge, and the satisfaction scale was established. The survival rate of the two groups after 1 year of discharge, the patient’s satisfaction with the appearance of the flaps, Patients with depression were compared and analyzed, and then to explore the continuity of nursing care for patients with traumatic hand injury quality of rehabilitation. Results The survival rate of the observation group was 87.34%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.96%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 98.73%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (44.30%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The patients in the observation group were predominantly depressive patients with a total score of (49.08 ± 12.25) points. Most of the patients in the control group had moderate depression with a total score of (67.37 ± 8.23) points, with statistically significant differences between the two groups P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Extended nursing has the advantages of improving the survival rate of replantation of severed finger or transplantation, good patient satisfaction, emotional stability and depression depression, which can help to restore the normal working and living conditions of patients.
