通过对蒸—空锤的热能损失分析,滑阀漏损的测试,提出用提动阀代替滑阀可以大大节约能源;用两个提动阀连起来使用可以实现对现有锻锤的上、下腔配汽.结论指出采用提动阀既可实现提高锻锤进、排汽压力综合利用热能的设想;同时对于未经改造的锻锤使用它也能收到同样的经济效果。
Through the analysis of the thermal energy loss of the steam-air hammer and the slide valve leakage test, it is suggested that using the poppet valve instead of the spool valve can greatly save energy; the use of two poppet valves together can realize the improvement of the upper, Lower chamber with steam.The conclusion points out that using poppet valve can not only realize the idea of improving the utilization of heat energy of forging hammer inlet and outlet steam pressure but also receive the same economic effect for the unmodified hammer.
