为科学制定107杨(Populus×euramericana‘Neva’)氮肥管理措施,研究了不同氮素水平下1年生107杨盆栽苗光谱及光合响应特征。结果表明:1不同氮素水平下107杨光谱反射曲线的变化趋势基本一致,且均有绿色植物典型的“谷”和“峰”的特征;在不同的施氮量梯度下,随着施氮量的增加,高光谱反射率一阶导数也相应地升高,其在680~760 nm的红边区域具有明显的向长波方向移动的趋势,其中以N-4(4 g)氮素处理表现最为明显;2在不同的施氮量梯度下,随着光照强度增加,107杨叶片的净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)和气孔导度(G_s)明显增加,而胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)降低。所有处理中以N-4(4g)处理叶片的光合能力最强,生长发育状况最佳。
In order to scientifically develop nitrogen management measures of Populus × euramericana’Neva ’107, the spectral characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of one-year-old poplar 107 under different nitrogen levels were studied. The results showed that: (1) The change trend of the spectral reflectance curve of 107 poplars was basically the same at different nitrogen levels, and the characteristics of typical “valleys” and “peaks” of green plants were all the same. Under different nitrogen application rates, With the increase of nitrogen application, the first derivative of hyperspectral reflectance also increased correspondingly. The trend of the first derivative of hyperspectral reflectance shifted to the longwave direction in the red edge region of 680-760 nm. Among them, N-4 (4 g) Nitrogen treatment showed the most obvious effect.2 Under different N rates, the net photosynthetic rate (P_n), transpiration rate (T_r) and stomatal conductance (G_s) of 107 leaves significantly increased with the increase of light intensity Intercellular CO 2 concentration (C_i) decreased. The leaf photosynthesis of N-4 (4g) was the strongest in all the treatments, and the growth and development were the best.
