本文对与能源科学密切相关的无磁奥氏体高强度结构钢50Mn18Cr4的高温形变热处理的理论问题进行了研究,并以此为基础,试图解决实际生产中存在的发电机护环大批产品不合格问题。研究内容不是具体的工艺参数,而是研究用钢的内部组织变化、高温再结晶的规律。以此为依据提出新的护环生产工艺设想,这个设想由如下三步组成:(1)电渣熔铸环坯→(2)高温控制热变形和控制冷却(即高温形变热处理)→(3)冷变形强化。
In this paper, the theoretical problems of high temperature deformation heat treatment of 50Mn18Cr4, a non-magnetic, austenitic, high strength structural steel closely related to energy science, are studied.
