Since the founding of New China, the meat and food industry in our country has been developing steadily. In particular, the development of more than 20 years of reform and opening up has matured and a number of meat-eating groups have emerged. The industrialization operation has been formed and the development of the meat and food industry is going forward in depth and breadth. China’s meat industry has a long history. However, under the influence of traditional breeding methods and processing, during the first five-year plan period, there are 186 meat processing enterprises, 216 cold stores,
