我院自制制剂金银花注射液用于临床已有10多年历史，临床疗效确切，常作静脉注射用。在该品热源检测方面，我们根据鲨试剂在没有干扰物质存在下能与细菌内毒素起凝集反应的机理，采用细菌内毒素法与家兔法对金银花注射液的热源检测作了对照试验，以探讨细菌内毒素法的可行性。
The homemade preparation of honeysuckle injection in our hospital has been used clinically for more than 10 years. Its clinical efficacy is definite and it is often used for intravenous injection.
