目前我国工程项目管理人才的培养,已经成为了建筑行业以及相关高等院校必须面对的一项重要任务和挑战。在如此残酷的现实面前,我们更应该加强工程项目管理人才的培养,为提高我国工程项目管理人员的整体素质、减少与发达国家之间的差距奠定坚实的基础。本文简要地探讨了我国目前工程项目管理人才培养的形势,并对工程项目管理人才的培养策略进行了浅要的分析和研究。
At present, the training of engineering project management personnel in our country has become an important task and challenge that the construction industry and related institutions of higher learning must face. In such a brutal reality, we should strengthen the training of project management personnel, and lay a solid foundation for improving the overall quality of our project managers and reducing the gap with developed countries. This article briefly discusses the current situation of engineering project management personnel training in our country and makes a brief analysis and research on the training strategy of engineering project management personnel.
