The “gold upside down” technique gives spectators spectacular moments of spectacle, but few players complete this skill at national and international level. The rare reason for this “magic” (1) high risk, low return, (2) there is no scientific way to quantify and reveal the elements of the skills of the action is currently observed back-to-back and side-to-side 2 kinds of kick we use three-dimensional motion capture technology and human movement The biomechanical model quantifies this and the results show that the following elements play a decisive role: (1) softness of the hip joint, (2) ball whiplash control, (3) time control, and There is another element of the kicker’s approach to the goal: reverse rotation of the torso before take-off will increase the momentum of kicking the ball, and the completion of the kick-off is a psychological barrier during training to disperse the landing impulse to avoid injury. Players master “inverted hook ” technology will further enhance the charm of football.
