在分析装载车通用铲斗作业装置受力状况的基础上,选择摇臂作为关键件。对摇臂受力状态进行简化处理及受力分析;基于ANSYS软件,对摇臂进行静力学和疲劳可靠性分析。结果表明,摇臂不同部位安全系数分布不均,整体可靠性低。指出了构件的易损部位,并在此基础上提出改进措施。这对提高构件的可靠度及新零件的设计有一定的参考意义。
Based on the analysis of the force condition of the universal bucket operation device, the rocker arm is selected as the key part. To simplify the handling of the rocker arm state and force analysis; based on the ANSYS software, static analysis of the arm and fatigue reliability. The results show that the safety factor of different parts of rocker arm is unevenly distributed and the overall reliability is low. Pointed out the vulnerable parts of the structure, and on this basis, propose improvements. This is to improve the reliability of components and the design of new parts have some reference value.
