目的:研究太白山地区鸡屎藤Paederia scandens全草的化学成分,为其药效成分及作用机制的深入研究奠定基础。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从鸡屎藤中分离并鉴定了13个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),3,7-二羟基-5-豆甾烯(2),熊果酸(3),3-氧代-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(4),齐墩果酸(5),正三十二烷(6),胡萝卜苷(7),蒲公英赛醇(8),水杨酸(9),3-O-乙酰齐墩果酸(10),琥珀酸(11),杜鹃花酸(12),鸡屎藤苷(13)。结论:化合物2,4,6,8~10,12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of whole plant Paederia scandens in Taibai Mountain, and to lay a foundation for the further study of its medicinal composition and mechanism. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Thirteen compounds were identified and identified as β-sitosterol (1), 3,7-dihydroxy-5-stigmatene (2), ursolic acid (4), oleanolic acid (5), n-docosane (6), daucosterol (7), dandelion alcohol (8), salicylic acid 9), 3-O-acetylated oleanolic acid (10), succinic acid (11), azalea acid (12) and chicken fentanyl (13). Conclusion: The compounds 2,4,6,8 ~ 10,12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
