目的:探究3.0TMR动态增强扫描在家兔胰腺癌定量分析中的应用价值。方法:选择家兔胰腺癌模型15例作为研究对象,采用3.0TMR定量分析癌区及非癌区的各种指标的对比情况。结果:15例胰腺癌模型中,癌变位于胰头的有9例,位于胰体尾的有3例,位于胰体的有3例。层面中最大直径为2.9~10.2cm;均呈长或者稍长T1加权、稍长T2加权信号,缓慢强化;癌区及非癌区Ktrans、Ve(%)、Vp(%)及kep等指标差别显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T MR动态增强扫描能够清晰的反映胰腺癌病灶血流灌注和微循环变化情况,同时可以显示癌区及非癌区的灌注差异,为胰腺癌诊断提供了强有力的依据。
Objective: To investigate the value of 3.0T MR dynamic enhanced scan in the quantitative analysis of pancreatic cancer in rabbits. Methods: Fifteen rabbits with pancreatic cancer were selected as research objects. The contrast of various indexes of cancer area and non-cancer area was quantitatively analyzed by 3.0 TMR. Results: Of the 15 pancreatic cancer models, 9 were located in the head of the pancreas, 3 in the pancreas and tail and 3 in the pancreas. The largest diameter in the layer was 2.9-10.2 cm. All of them showed a long or slightly longer T1-weighted and a slightly longer T2-weighted signal, which was slowly enhanced. The differences of Ktrans, Ve (%), Vp (%) and kep between cancer and non- Significantly, statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: 3.0T MR dynamic contrast-enhanced scan can clearly reflect the changes of blood perfusion and microcirculation in pancreatic cancer. It can also show the difference of perfusion between cancerous and noncancerous areas, which provides a powerful basis for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
