中国粮食经济学会粮食运输分会第二届常务理事会第二次(扩大)会议于1998年4月15～16日在江苏省连云港市召开。出席会议的有山西、内蒙古、上海、江苏、安徽、福建、江西、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广东等省(区、市)粮食厅、局和连云港市粮食局、市粮油进出口接运总公司的37位同志,其中常务理事16位。粮食运输分会会长李荫林、常务副会长赵胜民、副会长赵坚、任金隆、秘书长周道伊、副秘书长牟仁全出席了会议。李荫林会长主持会议,赵胜民常务副会长代表分会向会议作了“1997年工作总结和1998年工作安排意见”的报告和“对京九、南昆铁路建成通车后,沿线地区粮油运输状况调查方案”的说明;牟仁全副秘书长通报了自第一次常务理事会议以来常务理事和理事的变动情况;赵坚副会长为会议作了小结。这次会议尽管时
The second (enlarged) meeting of the second standing council of the China Grain Economics Society Grain Transport Branch was held in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province on April 15-16, 1998. Present at the meeting were grain import and export pick-up from the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) such as Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong 37 comrades at the head office, including 16 standing executive members. Li Yinlin, chairman of the Grain Transport Branch, Zhao Shengmin, executive vice president, Zhao Jian and Ren Jinlong, vice presidents, and Zhou Mouyi, secretary general, and Mou Renquan, deputy secretary general attended the meeting.
