当前,全区部队正在广泛开展以“崇尚学习、增强党性”为主题的学习教育活动,进一步掀起创建学习型军营、培养知识型军人的热潮。学习是奠基工程,只有加强学习,我们的能力素质才会不断提高,进而转化为打赢信息化战争、完成多样化任务的实际能力。我认为,具体要在提高“三个素养”(理论素养、自身涵养、党性修养)上下功夫。 At present, the units in the region are conducting a wide range of study and education activities under the theme of “advocating learning and enhancing party spirit,” further setting off a craze for the establishment of a learning camp and training of knowledge-based military personnel. Learning is the foundation work. Only by strengthening learning can our ability and quality continue to improve, which in turn translates into the actual ability to win the information war and accomplish diversified tasks. In my opinion, we should devote more efforts to improving the “three qualities” (theoretical literacy, self-cultivation, and self-cultivation of the party spirit).
