平煤股份十一矿丁六采区皮带下山位于断层带附近,围岩松软,构造应力大,并受到巷道群交叉相互影响,巷道变形严重,虽经过多次维修,仍无法保证该皮带下山的正常使用。该项目采用巷道二次支护技术,通过对支护理念的分析,确定二次支护时间,并采用新型马蹄形刚性支架。经过矿压观测表明,修复后的皮带下山巷道变形量较小,能满足生产需求。

After the rock pressure observation shows that the repair of the belt down the roadway deformation is small, to meet the production needs.
