研发企业所产生的经济效益,更多地体现于研发项目完成后获得的研发成果应用于生产经营后所为企业所创造的价值。财务如何参与项目管理,如何在项目管理中发挥财务应有的作用,是本文的研究重点。对此,本文结合联通研究院研发项目管理实际,谈了财务管理是如何发挥作用的,并基于实际工作中存在的问题,提出改进自己的想法和建议,以期通过改进不足之处来更好地控制支出,提升成本费用的使用效率和效益。
