第一步:加快管理机构的改革。对县供电企业管理机构进行调整,是企业实现规范化管理、加快发展的前提和基础;是优化工作流程、建立高效工作机制、优化人员结构的必然要求;是彻底转变工作作风、实现企业转型的重要步骤。要结合实际,积极稳妥地进行管理机构调整,通过科学设置职能机构和合理编制定员,进一步完善岗位工作标准,推进工作流程、管理流程再造。逐步建立起分工明确、规范有序、责任清晰、运转高效的工作机制,达到理顺管理关系,减少管理层次,优化管理流程的目的。
