素质教育是基础教育的特征和目标,也是我们教育教学改革围绕的中心。但是,二十多年来,有些地方素质教育虽然喊得轰轰烈烈,却总是在应试的旋涡里徘徊。学校以考试为抓手,教师为考试忙碌,学生被考试折腾,各种应试教育行为频现,素质教育变成了漂浮在基础教育上面的面纱。只有摒弃应试教育思维,重建素质教育评价模式,素质教育才能真正实现。
Quality education is the basic characteristics and goals of education, but also our education and teaching reform center. However, for more than two decades, some local quality education has been shrouded in vigilance but always hovered in the exam-oriented vortex. Schools take the examination as the starting point, teachers are busy with exams, students are tossing their exams, and various examination-oriented educational behaviors are frequent. Quality education has become a veil floating on basic education. Only by abandoning the thinking of exam-oriented education and rebuilding the evaluation model of quality-oriented education can quality education be truly realized.
