通过对10根钢筋混凝土梁进行静载试验,研究分析了钢筋锈蚀率和钢纤维掺量对试验梁的承载力、荷载-挠度曲线、钢筋和混凝土应变等的影响。试验结果表明:随着钢筋锈蚀率的增大,试验梁的极限承载力和刚度均明显降低,屈强比增大,钢筋与混凝土正截面平均应变不再符合平截面假定。由于钢纤维的增强和阻裂作用,锈蚀钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁的受力性能优于锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的,对于提高钢筋混凝土构件的耐久性有积极作用。
Through the static load test of 10 reinforced concrete beams, the influence of steel corrosion rate and steel fiber content on the bearing capacity, load-deflection curve, steel bar and concrete strain were studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of corrosion rate, the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the test beam are obviously reduced, and the yield ratio increases. The average strain at the normal section of the steel bar and concrete no longer accords with the plane section assumption. Due to the reinforcement and cracking resistance of steel fiber, the mechanical behavior of corroded steel fiber reinforced concrete beams is better than that of corroded reinforced concrete beams, which has a positive effect on improving the durability of reinforced concrete members.
