介绍了小波变换降噪的原理及其在低压开关触头钎焊质量的超声成像检测中的应用。为了克服噪声对超声检测成像质量的影响 ,利用离散二进制小波变换的分解重构算法来降低脉冲噪声的干扰 ,提高超声图像的信噪比。实验结果表明 ,在触头的超声检测时采用小波降噪算法能够有效地消除图像噪声 ,提高图像的信噪比
The principle of wavelet transform denoising and its application in ultrasonic imaging of low pressure switch contact brazing quality are introduced. In order to overcome the influence of noise on the quality of ultrasound detection, the decomposition and reconstruction algorithm of discrete binary wavelet transform is used to reduce the interference of impulse noise and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of ultrasound image. The experimental results show that the wavelet denoising algorithm can effectively eliminate the image noise and improve the signal to noise ratio
