Physical education teachers play an important role in developing the athletic skills necessary for an athletic individual. The research shows that the design of teachers ’teaching design can improve the learning ability of students’ motor skills. This article presents a model based on empirical research that provides information to help teachers plan and develop curricula to improve students’ motor skills.
