本文研究了2种成分的CuAlBeCr合金不同热处理状态在300℃范围内空位型缺陷的回复行为以及合金的形状记忆效应,探讨了空位型缺陷对合主记忆性能的影响,并由此解释了时效对合金记忆性能的影响.结果表明,空位型晶体缺陷主要影响合金逆转变的起始温度,在空位大量回复的温度范围内时效可显著降低合金逆转变的起始温度。
In this paper, the recovery behavior of vacancy-type defects and the shape memory effect of two kinds of CuAlBeCr alloys at 300 ℃ in different heat treatment conditions were studied. The effects of vacancy-type defects on the main memory properties were discussed. Effect of alloy memory performance. The results show that vacancy type crystal defects mainly affect the initial temperature of the alloy inverse transformation, and aging can significantly reduce the initial temperature of the alloy inverse transformation in the temperature range where the vacancies are largely recovered.
