目的:对山矾科植物华山矾进行生药学研究。方法:采用切片和粉末制作的方法在显微镜下进行观察,完成各部分的文字描述和绘图;华山矾的乙酸乙酯提取液在紫外-可见分光光度计上测定最大吸收峰。结果:根、茎结构非常相似,均具髓部;叶表面密被非腺毛;全株粉末非腺毛及草酸钙簇晶多;紫外-甲酯可见光谱测定结果表明其粉末的乙酸乙酯提取液在410,664 nm处有吸收峰。结论:以上实验结果可作为华山矾的生药学特征。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacognosy of Alexandrium spp. Methods: The method of slicing and powder making was used to observe under the microscope. The characterization and drawing of each part were completed. The maximum absorption peak was measured on the UV-visible spectrophotometer. Results: The root and stem structures were very similar and all had pith. The surface of the leaf was densely covered with non-glandular trichomes. The whole plant powder had non-glandular trichomes and calcium oxalate clusters. The UV-Vis spectra showed that the powder was ethyl acetate The extract has an absorption peak at 410,664 nm. Conclusion: The above experimental results can be used as the pharmacognosy characteristics of Huashan.
