研究了硫化促进剂异氰尿酸三烯丙酯(TAIC)、N,N′-间苯撑马来酰亚胺(PDM)和硫黄(S)对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,含PDM的胶料t10和t90均最短,交联效率较高,力学性能最好;PDM用量为1.5份到3份时能有效提高HNBR胶料的耐热氧老化性能。DCP用量为10份时,增加PDM用量可有效提高HNBR的交联程度,缩短交联时间。
The vulcanization properties and mechanical properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), including trimethylammonium isocyanurate (TAIC), N, N’-m-phenylene maleimide (PDM) and sulfur (S) Impact. The results show that the PDM-containing compounds t10 and t90 are the shortest, the crosslinking efficiency is higher, the best mechanical properties; PDM dosage of 1.5 to 3 copies can effectively improve the heat aging properties of HNBR rubber compound. When the amount of DCP is 10 parts, increasing the dosage of PDM can effectively increase the degree of crosslinking of HNBR and shorten the crosslinking time.
