介绍了在山东石横特钢棒材厂双蓄热加热炉上采用分割式脉冲燃烧控制的实施及应用效果。利用已有设备,提高了加热炉的控温精度和分段灵活性,同时确保燃烧始终在最佳状态,提高了炉温均匀性,尤其解决了低负荷下炉宽方向的炉温均匀性难题。不增加任何投资便提高了钢坯的加热质量,降低了热工工序成本。
The implementation and application of split pulse combustion control on double regenerative heating furnace of Shiheng Special Steel Bar Factory in Shandong Province are introduced. The existing equipment is used to improve the temperature control accuracy and the segmental flexibility of the heating furnace, meanwhile ensuring the combustion is always in the best condition and improving the uniformity of the furnace temperature, especially solving the problem of uniformity of furnace temperature in the furnace width direction under a low load . Without any increase in investment will increase the quality of the billet heating, reducing the thermal process costs.
