“执法就是服务,以群众满意为标准,提供优质消防服务。”这是广西来宾市公安消防支队政委邓有甫日前在接受笔者采访时,谈到消防执法工作时着重强调的一句话。两年来,来宾市公安消防支队在消防执法工作中,紧紧围绕社会稳定和服务经济建设发展大局,不断强化立警为公、执法为民意识,正确处理严格执法与热情服务的关系,实现了消防执法“零错案、零投诉、零复议、零举报、零信访”。
