目的:口腔鳞癌中的侧群细胞(side population,SP)具有干细胞样生物学特性,且有一些特定的细胞表面标志物表达,本研究旨在探讨SP细胞相关分子在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:将101例口腔鳞状细胞癌和10例正常口腔上皮制备成组织芯片。利用免疫组化方法检测SP相关分子CD44、CK19、ABCG2和MDR1的表达,对染色结果的阳性率和阳性强度进行评分,采用SPSS15.0软件包分析其表达水平与临床病理参数的关系。结果:CD44、CK19、ABCG2和MDR1在大部分口腔鳞癌组织中表达升高。CK19表达升高与口腔鳞癌病理分级显著相关。ABCG2表达升高与口腔鳞癌TNM分期、病理分级和肿瘤体积相关。MDR1表达升高与口腔鳞癌病理分级密切相关。结论:SP相关分子CD44、CK19、ABCG2和MDR1表达与口腔鳞癌的临床关系密切。
OBJECTIVE: The side population (SP) in oral squamous cell carcinoma has stem cell-like biological characteristics and some specific cell surface markers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of SP cell-associated molecules in oral squamous cell carcinoma And clinical significance. Methods: 101 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal oral epithelium were prepared into tissue microarray. The expression of SP related molecules CD44, CK19, ABCG2 and MDR1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The positive rate and positive intensity of staining results were scored. The relationship between the expression levels and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed by SPSS15.0 software package. Results: The expressions of CD44, CK19, ABCG2 and MDR1 in most of OSCC tissues were increased. The increased expression of CK19 is associated with the pathological grade of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The elevated expression of ABCG2 is associated with TNM staging, pathological grade and tumor volume in oral squamous cell carcinoma. The increased expression of MDR1 is closely related to the pathological grade of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: The expression of SP related molecules CD44, CK19, ABCG2 and MDR1 are closely related to oral squamous cell carcinoma.
