为分析温度力对CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道的影响,建立相关的有限元模型,考虑道床板混凝土弹塑性,建立道床板混凝土损伤塑性本构模型,以能量等效性假设定义出混凝土的损伤参数。通过Abaqus有限元软件计算道床板在不同温度荷载作用下的受力情况,结果表明道床板混凝土在整体降温作用下将发生横向弯曲变形,混凝土达到极限抗拉强度后出现拉应力下降,从道床板混凝土的损伤云图中可直观看到出现伤损的区域。
In order to analyze the influence of temperature force on the CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track, the related finite element model is established, the plasticity constitutive model of concrete slab concrete slab is established considering the elastoplasticity of ballast concrete. The energy equivalence hypothesis is used to define the concrete Damage parameters. The Abaqus finite element software was used to calculate the stress of the ballast bed under different temperature loads. The results show that the ballast concrete will undergo lateral bending deformation under the condition of overall cooling, and the tensile stress will decrease after the concrete reaches the ultimate tensile strength. Injury in concrete cloud can be visually seen in the area of injury.
