外资银行国内业务的逐步放开,使国内商业银行的压力逐渐加大,外资银行从市竞争中走来,都有自己的必杀技。而国内银行在上一轮亚洲经济危机时尚在“闭关”这把伞的保护下。而今,尤其是自2008年开始的金融危机以来,可以看到,企业要在竞争中生存发展,用服务留住客户是关键,而服务由员工提供,文化又是留住员工的关键。因此,企业文化成了企业竞争力的关键。本文尝试着浅析了我国商业银行企业文化建设的作用以及建设企业文化的具体步骤。
The gradual liberalization of the domestic businesses of foreign-funded banks has gradually raised the pressure on domestic commercial banks. Foreign banks have their own nirvana under the competition from the cities. The domestic banks in the last round of economic crisis in Asia is still under the protection of the umbrella. Nowadays, especially since the financial crisis started in 2008, it can be seen that enterprises should survive and compete in the competition, retain customers with service is the key, and service provided by employees. Culture is also the key to retain employees. Therefore, the corporate culture has become the key competitiveness of enterprises. This paper attempts to analyze the role of corporate culture in China’s commercial banks and the concrete steps of building corporate culture.
