本文介绍了用100t-m无砧座锤模锻大型直升机旋翼桨毂上、下星板的工艺过程。该项工艺研究目前已用于生产。它结束了我国大型直升机上、下星板模锻件多年来依赖进口的历史,证明了我国在高难度大型锻件技术研究领域上了一个新台阶。
This article describes the process of forging the upper and lower slats of a large helicopter rotor hub with a 100t-m anvilless hammer. The technology research is currently used for production. It has ended the history of relying on imports of the upper and lower plate die forging parts of our country for large-scale helicopters for many years, and proved that our country has reached a new level in the research field of difficult and large forgings.
