新课程标准颁布以来,给中学政治教学各方面工作提出了许多新的要求。作为教育过程的神经中枢,中学政治教师的专业素质提高就是其中要求之一。然而,笔者在长期的教学实践中发现,目前中学政治教师专业发展的程度并不能完全适应新课程标准的要求,还存在一些问题。 Since the promulgation of the new curriculum standard, many new requirements have been put forward for all aspects of political teaching in secondary schools. As the nerve center of education process, the improvement of the professional quality of political teachers in secondary schools is one of the requirements. However, in the long-term teaching practice, the author finds that at present the degree of professional development of political teachers in secondary schools can not fully meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards and there are still some problems.
