目的对采自中国广西北海涠洲岛海域的陵水山海绵Mycale lingshuiensis的化学成分进行研究。方法采用薄层层析、硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱色谱等分离手段,通过核磁共振等现代波谱技术以及铜靶单晶X-衍射分析,并结合文献数据,对陵水山海绵M.lingshuiensis中的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果从陵水山海绵M.lingshuiensis中共分离鉴定了5个含氮化合物,包括4个单吲哚生物碱:3-吲哚甲醛(1),3-吲哚甲酸(2),3-(hydroxylacetyl)-indole(3),4-hydroxy-5-(indole-3-yl)-5-oxo-pentan-2-one(4)和1个核苷:胸苷(5)。结论化合物1~5均为首次从该种海绵中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Mycale lingshuiensis collected from Lingshui Mountain spontaneously in Weizhou Island, Beihai, Guangxi Province, China. Results Five nitrogenous compounds were isolated and identified from the sponge M. lingshuiensis in Lingshui Mountain, including four monoindole alkaloids: 3-indole carboxaldehyde (1), 3- ) -indole (3), 4-hydroxy-5- (indole-3-yl) -5-oxo-pentan-2-one (4) and one nucleoside: thymidine (5). Conclusion Compounds 1-5 were isolated from this sponge for the first time.
