警察公共关系是以提高自身影响力为基点的促进警察组织和公众良性互动,争取最大社会效益的一种管理职能和活动过程。对公安机关来说,以媒体为媒介来联系公众的必要性和重要性日益突出。然而,在实践过程中,公安机关和媒体的良性沟通合作尚存在制约因素。为此,公安机关要树立科学公关理念,构建与媒体的理性关系,充分借助媒体的力量来改善与发展警察公共关系。
The police public relations is a management function and activity process that promotes the benign interaction between police organizations and the public and strives for the greatest social benefits based on improving their influence. For public security organs, the necessity and importance of using the media as a medium to connect with the public have become increasingly prominent. However, there are still constraints on the healthy communication and cooperation between the public security organs and the media in practice. To this end, the public security organs must establish a scientific concept of public relation, build a rational relationship with the media and make full use of the power of the media to improve and develop the public relations of the police.
