教师在专业成长过程中也存在“高原现象”。如何克服“高原现象”促成教师的“二次成长”?客观上与专家的引领及同伴互助相关,主观上取决于教师的自主努力。教师“二次成长”的高度直接关系到学生的未来发展、学校人才培养目标的实现、新一轮教育改革的实现。
Teachers also exist in the process of professional growth “plateau phenomenon ”.
