用放射免疫分析法及分光光度比色法测定30例肺心病人血内皮素1(ET1)和一氧化氮(NO)含量及两者比值(ET1/NO)。治疗前肺心病患者ET1明显高于正常人,NO则低于正常人,均P<001,ET1/NO比正常人高(P<001);治疗后,ET1显著降低,但仍高于正常人(P<001),NO无明显变化(P>005),ET1/NO与正常人比较仍存在差异(P<001)。表明肺心病治疗前后均有ET1和NO失衡。提示ET1,NO含量及比值变化与肺心病病理改变有关。
Radioimmunoassay and spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) and the ratio of ET-1 / NO in 30 patients with pulmonary heart disease. Before treatment, patients with pulmonary heart disease ET 1 was significantly higher than normal, NO is lower than normal, P <001, ET 1 / NO higher than normal (P <0 01); after treatment, ET 1 was significantly lower than that in normal subjects (P <001), NO was not significantly changed (P> 005), ET 1 / NO was still significantly different from normal subjects (P <001).
