目的:制备苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物并考察其性质。方法:采用研磨法制备苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物;紫外吸收法、显微镜法、X射线衍射法验证包合物的形成;紫外分光光度法测定苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物的载药量和包合率。结果:苯环壬酯与β-环糊精形成包合物的质量比1∶2,包合物载药量33.30%,包合率80.20%。结论:可采用研磨法制备载药量和包合率较高的苯环壬酯-β-环糊精包合物。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare the inclusion compound of phencynonate-β-cyclodextrin and study its properties. METHODS: The inclusion compound of phencynonate-β-cyclodextrin was prepared by grinding method. The formation of inclusion complex was confirmed by ultraviolet absorption, microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The content of phencynonate-β-cyclodextrin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Cyclodextrin inclusion compound drug loading and inclusion rate. Results: The mass ratio of phencynonate to β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was 1: 2, the inclusion drug loading was 33.30% and the inclusion rate was 80.20%. Conclusion: The inclusion compound of phencynonate-β-cyclodextrin with high drug loading and inclusion rate can be prepared by grinding method.
