为了更好地利用烟草青枯菌拮抗菌防治烟草青枯病,采用微生物保守区域扩增、构建文库、生物信息比对的方法初步分析了烟草青枯病病圃土壤中微生物的多样性。结果显示,烟草青枯病病圃土壤微生物群落中含有伯克霍尔德氏菌(Burkholderia fungorum)、假单胞杆菌属类(Pseudomonas graminis)、黑霉菌(Aspergillus niger)、尖孢镰刀菌属(Fusarium oxysporum)等丰富的细菌类和真菌类微生物,也包括部分不可培养的微生物。土壤中微生物多样性的分析可以为青枯菌拮抗菌应用中拮抗菌在土壤中的定殖、扩繁过程研究提供部分微生物群落信息。
In order to make better use of the antagonistic bacteria against R. solanacearum to prevent and control tobacco bacterial wilt, the diversity of microorganisms in soil of tobacco bacterial wilt was preliminarily analyzed by means of conservative amplification of the microorganism, construction of library and bioinformatics comparison. The results showed that the bacterial community of Burkholderia fungi, Pseudomonas graminis, Aspergillus niger, Fusarium oxysporum Fusarium oxysporum) and other rich bacterial and fungal microorganisms, but also includes some uncultured microorganisms. The analysis of soil microbial diversity can provide some microbial community information for the antagonism of R. solanacearum in colonization and propagation of antagonistic bacteria in soils.
