通过对北京海淀区中学领导干部听课评课记录的分析,发现领导干部听课评课尚不专业,表现为:听课评课目的不明确,计划性、选择性不强,框架不清晰,对学生的学习效果关注不够,听课评课中的问题意识不强。建议遵循“以学论教”的原则,转变评价视角;以研究者的姿态进入课堂,强化问题意识;借鉴课堂观察的方法,减少听课评课的随意性;评课标准、框架的确定兼顾个性特点与共性要求。
Through the analysis of records of lectures and reviews of leading cadres in middle schools in Haidian District, Beijing, we found that lectures and lessons of leading cadres are not yet professional. The findings are as follows: the purpose of lectures is not clear, the planning is not selective, the framework is not clear, Insufficient attention to learning outcomes, listening class Lesson awareness in the problem is not strong. It is suggested to follow the principle of “learning from theory” to change the perspective of evaluation; to enter the classroom with the attitude of the researcher and to strengthen the consciousness of the problem; to draw lessons from the method of classroom observation to reduce the randomness of listening to and commenting on class; Taking into account the characteristics and commonalities personality requirements.
