人在参加剧烈运动时,新陈代谢增快,体温升高。人是恒温的,必须使体温保持恒定,才能进行正常的生理活动,所以,人通过调节,把体温降至正常范围。降温,有这么几种措施:辐射、对流、传导。据研究,当环境温度升至34℃以上时,上述几种方法都已起不到散热的效果,人只有依靠出汗,在汗液蒸发时,把热量散掉。
