中铁十二局集团第二工程有限公司工会朱立鹏报道近日,中铁十二局集团二公司工会牵头举办的第三届试验工技能大赛圆满收官。至此,近年来,该公司工会已成功举办了7届测量工、试验工技能大赛。这项活动已成为测量、试验工展示技能、切磋技艺的平台,也是企业培养人才、发现人才、选拔人才的有效途径。该公司现有测量、试验人员近700人,公司这类技术人员一度青黄不接,难以适应和满足企业快速增长的需求。为提高测试人员的岗位技能,该公司工会推出了每两年开展一次测试人员技能大赛的制度。目前,大赛已成为提高职工队
