采用有限元方法和基于高斯分布与Miner线性累计损伤定律的三区间法,对随机振动载荷作用下大直径薄壁球形结构的疲劳寿命进行分析;并通过振动试验对分析结果进行验证。验证结果表明,该分析方法的误差满足工程设计要求,为随机振动载荷作用下大直径薄壁结构的疲劳寿命分析提供了一种可行的方法。
The fatigue life of the large-diameter thin-walled spherical structure under random vibration loading was analyzed by the finite element method and the three-interval method based on the law of Gauss distribution and Miner’s linear cumulative damage. The analysis results were verified by vibration test. The verification results show that the error of the analytical method meets the engineering design requirements and provides a feasible method for the fatigue life analysis of large-diameter thin-walled structures under random vibration loads.
