[目的]通过对国产巴西人参水提取浓缩、水提取乙醇沉淀浓缩、75%乙醇提取浓缩3种提取液的耐缺氧、抗疲劳和抗肿瘤试验,初步确定国产巴西人参是否具备耐缺氧、抗疲劳和抗肿瘤作用和这些作用的有效部位。[方法]将小白鼠随机分为8组:正常对照组、人参对照组、3种提取液的高、低剂量组。测定常压下小鼠耐缺氧、游泳耐力和抗肿瘤的程度。[结果]巴西人参水提取乙醇沉淀浓缩液高剂量组能明显提高小鼠的常温耐缺氧的能力;巴西人参75%乙醇提取浓缩高、低剂量组均能明显提高小鼠的低温耐缺氧的能力;巴西人参水提取浓缩高、低剂量组,巴西人参水提取乙醇沉淀浓缩高、低剂量组,巴西人参75%乙醇提取浓缩高剂量组均能明显提高小鼠游泳的时间;巴西人参3种提取液各剂量组均可显著提高抗肿瘤能力。[结论]巴西人参对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳及抗肿瘤能力具有明显的增强作用。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to evaluate the hypoxia tolerance, anti-fatigue and antitumor activity of domestic extracts of Panax ginseng by water extraction and concentration, water ethanol precipitation and ethanol extraction and concentration of 75% Anti-fatigue and antitumor effects and effective sites for these effects. [Methods] The mice were randomly divided into 8 groups: normal control group, ginseng control group, three kinds of extracts of high and low dose groups. The mice were tested for hypoxia tolerance, swimming endurance and anti-tumor activity at normal pressure. [Result] The high dose of ginseng water extract ethanol precipitation concentrated liquid could obviously increase the hypoxia tolerant ability of mice at room temperature. The high and low dose 75% ethanol extracts of Brazil ginseng could obviously increase the hypoxia tolerance in mice , The concentration of high concentration and low dose of ginseng extract in Brazil, the high and low concentration of ethanol extract of Brazil ginseng aqueous extract, the time of swimming in mice with 75% The extract of each dose group can significantly improve the anti-tumor ability. [Conclusion] The ginseng can enhance the hypoxia tolerance, anti-fatigue and anti-tumor ability in mice.
