研究不同浓度玉米秸秆浸提液对玉米、大豆和小麦3种作物种子萌发及其幼苗叶片抗氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量以及根活性等指标的影响。结果表明,玉米秸秆浸提液促进玉米和小麦种子萌发,发芽率分别提高18.4%和7.6%;秸秆浸提液浓度为0.8 g/m L时,对大豆种子萌发有显著抑制作用,发芽率降低11.3%。不同浓度秸秆浸提液处理,3种作物根系活力、抗氧化物酶活性和丙二醛、脯氨酸含量受到不同程度抑制或促进作用,无明显规律。
Effects of different concentrations of corn stalk extract on seed germination, antioxidant enzyme activity, malondialdehyde content, proline content and root activity of three kinds of crops including maize, soybean and wheat were studied. The results showed that the corn stalk extract promoted the seed germination and the germination rate of corn and wheat increased by 18.4% and 7.6% respectively. When the concentration of straw extract was 0.8 g / m L, the germination of soybean seed was significantly inhibited and the germination rate was decreased 11.3%. Different concentrations of straw extract, the three kinds of crops root activity, antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde, proline content were inhibited or promoted to varying degrees, no obvious regularity.
