强调计算机辅助质量系统（CAQ系统）是企业CIMS的组成部分，应该既具有分系统的各个功能特点，支持企业全面实施质量管理，又能很好地与CIMS整体系统相融合，扮演好分系统在CIMS整体运行中的角色。指出了一个有效的CAQ系统应该具有的特点，能充分发挥现代信息技术的优势，推动企业质量持续改进。提出了保证系统有效性的关键是系统建立前的工作投入。
Emphasize that computer-aided quality system (CAQ system) is an integral part of enterprise CIMS. It should not only have the various functional characteristics of subsystems, but also support enterprises to fully implement quality management and well integrate with CIMS overall system to play a good role in subsystems CIMS overall operation of the role. It points out that an effective CAQ system should have the characteristics of giving full play to the advantages of modern information technology and promoting the continuous improvement of enterprise quality. The key to ensure the effectiveness of the system is put into work before system establishment.
