近年来国内学术界围绕“马克思与正义”问题展开了激烈的学术争鸣,但并没有达成一致结论,且争论各方都以马克思本人的著作为依据,在迄今为止的“马克思研究”中实属罕见。根据历史主义和整体主义原则,马克思的正义观呈现为一个立体式的具有多重意蕴的结构:交换领域的形式正义、生产领域的实质非正义、按劳分配的正义、按需分配的正义。每一种正义都具有历史正当性,在使特定正义原则发挥作用的社会条件仍然存在时,即使该原则存在着诸多弊端,但仍然不失为调节社会分配的次优方案,我们就没有理由推翻它。
In recent years, domestic academic circles have fierce academic contention around the issue of “Marx and Justice”, but no consensus has been reached. All parties in the debate argue on the basis of Marx’s own work, "It is rare. According to the principles of historicism and holism, Marx’s concept of justice presents a three-dimensional structure with multiple meanings: formal justice in the field of exchange, substantial injustice in the field of production, justice according to distribution, and justice on demand. Every kind of justice has the historical legitimacy. When the social conditions that make the principle of specific justice still exist, even though there are many drawbacks to the principle, it is still a sub-optimal program for regulating social distribution. Therefore, we have no reason to overthrow it.
