In recent years, due to the possibility of rapid neutrons in cyclotrons to increase tumor control and cure rates, many experimental and clinical trials have been conducted. Because the cyclotrons in different treatment centers are special, the quality of radiation is different. It is necessary to accurately measure the relative biological effects (RBE) of clinically important normal tissues from the perspective of safety and efficacy. In this paper, U.S. and Neumann and 250 Kvp X-rays were used by Swiss ICR mice at the University of Washington, and DNA content analysis was used as an indicator to determine the experimental results of RBE in different normal tissues.
