阐述了一种新型薄壁夹具的设计原理。通过建立模型对夹具进行受力分析,确定弹性套结构。利用弹性套使夹具与工件内孔产生过盈配合,有效解决了车削薄壁筒件时定心精度不高的问题,从而大大提高了零件的加工精度,对实际生产有着很大帮助。并借助三维设计软件(UG)进行辅助设计,使设计内容更加直观,提高了效率。同时对夹具重要零件进行部分制造工艺分析,可指导实际生产。
The design principle of a new thin-walled fixture is described. By establishing a model of the fixture for force analysis to determine the elastic sleeve structure. The elastic sleeve makes the fixture and the inner hole of the workpiece produce interference fit, which effectively solves the problem of low centering precision when turning the thin-walled cylinder, thereby greatly improving the machining precision of the part and greatly aiding the actual production. And assisted design with three-dimensional design software (UG) to make the design more intuitive and improve efficiency.
