目的分析了解遂宁市中心医院营养类药物不良反应发生情况,为临床安全合理使用该类药物提供证据支持。方法国家不良反应上报中心提取遂宁市中心医院2014年营养类药物上报数据,共55例,运用Excel软件对营养类药物不良反应发生的药品品种、报告类型、怀疑/并用、性别、年龄分布及临床表现等情况进行统计分析。结果我院55例发生营养类药物不良反应患者中男37例,女18例;不良反应药物类别有氨基酸类22例,维生素类21例,脂肪乳类11例,微量元素1例。临床表现以皮肤过敏、呼吸系统及消化系统不适为主。结论营养类药物的不良反应与输注速度、时间、用量及个体差异等因素相关。临床在使用营养类药物时,重视其可能发生的不良反应,积极做好应对措施。
Objective To analyze and understand the occurrence of adverse reactions of nutritional drugs in Central Hospital of Suining and provide evidence support for the safe and rational use of such drugs. Methods National Center for Adverse Reactions reported extraction data of nutritional drugs from Suining Central Hospital in 2014. A total of 55 data were collected on the use of Excel software in the analysis of drug varieties, report types, suspicion / combination, gender, age distribution and clinical Performance and other conditions for statistical analysis. Results There were 37 males and 18 females in 55 cases of adverse reactions of nutritional drugs in our hospital. There were 22 cases of amino acids, 21 cases of vitamins, 11 cases of fat milk and 1 case of trace elements. Clinical manifestations of skin allergies, respiratory and digestive disorders. Conclusion The adverse reactions of nutritional drugs are related to the factors such as infusion rate, time, dosage and individual differences. Clinical use of nutritional drugs, attention to its possible adverse reactions, and actively respond.
